Day Associates Limited is a professional property and construction consultancy practice based in Hampshire providing services to clients across the South and South-East of England. Our diversely skilled team provide a wide range of Building Surveying, Contract Management, Design & Specification, Project Management and Property Management Advice services to both private and public sectors.
Whilst maintaining high levels of service for existing clients, our vision is to expand the business to further support others within the real estate/construction industry across the South of England. To develop a quality reputation, recognised within our profession, providing us the opportunity to grow the business and develop new talent via mentoring.

It is said that it takes 10,000 hours to master a subject. With a diverse team of varying age, experience and ability; Day Associates are best placed to provide a greater level of professional service to all clients.
All of our Building Surveyors have completed at least 10,000 hours professional practice following formal education, each holding a Membership with either CIOB or RICS illustrating professional excellence.
Our Surveyors are highly efficient at both producing design specifications and checking those produced by others to design out and avoid future issues and liabilities (something often missed by others). During initial stages and appraisals, we design out future costly repairs and maintenance activities for projects where clients shall own and remain liable for refurbishment and development works.
Day Associates maintain a supportive culture of open dialogue and regular team meetings in which to share and develop knowledge, experience and skill. We work with third party associates and specialists for synergy of services offered to clients. We regularly engage with national manufacturers regarding product application and best practice solutions.
